Concrete Garage Walls

The walls are one of the most important parts of any concrete garage. Dencroft garages are built using our advanced tongued and grooved interlocking concrete panels, designed to provide strength, rigidity and a neat external finish.

The panels are machine vibrated and reinforced with high-yield steel, helping to create a strong sectional garage structure. A standard garage is supplied with Canterbury Spar finish, while other finishes may be available depending on the chosen design.

Popular finishes include options such as Derbyshire Spar, Yellow Spar, White Spar and other decorative finishes, allowing your concrete garage to suit both practical needs and the appearance of your property.

Unique Base Unit

On many Dencroft models, the concrete panels are positioned on a steel-reinforced concrete foundation unit. This base unit is designed to provide extra strength and support at ground level.

The unit helps reduce the need for fully built-up fascias and can enable better alignment, flexibility and installation accuracy when the garage is erected on site.

Roofing and Weather Protection

The roof is manufactured using heavy-duty corrugated cement fibre roof sheets. These sheets are non-combustible, low maintenance and resistant to rust, making them a practical choice for prefab concrete garages and sectional buildings.

The roof sheets are also partially breathable, which helps reduce the internal build-up of moisture and supports better ventilation inside the garage.

Each roof sheet is securely fixed to specially engineered steel angle trusses. The trusses are treated with bitumen paint for long-term protection, while concrete gables are supplied with eaves fillers as standard to help guard against extreme weather.

Garage Doors

All Dencroft garages are supplied as standard with a white powder-coated up-and-over garage door, available in a choice of styles including Vertical Ribs, Horizontal Ribs, Georgian and Wood Effect.

Depending on your requirements, other garage door options may also be available. Our team can help you choose a door style that suits your garage size, access and overall appearance.

Windows, Fascias and Finishing Details

A Dencroft concrete garage can be tailored with practical finishing details such as windows, side doors, fascias and external trims. These options help make the building more useful, more attractive and better suited to the way you plan to use it.

All timber used is treated with a protective wood preservative. Fixings are galvanised or zinc plated, while roofing bolts include plastic sealing washers for additional protection.
