The pent roof comes complete with 5” heavy duty profile non asbestos fibre cement roof sheets that are fixed onto the painted steel roof trusses.

Pent Double
The Dencroft range of pent roofed double garages provide an ideal way of generating additional space in your property.
They are very versatile garages and they can be used for multiple purposes ranging from simply storing two cars to keeping one car and using the additional space for a workshop, gym or other storage.
For even more storage you can also add extra height to your pent roofed double garage.
Pent UPVC
Our range of pent concrete garages can be enhanced even more by having maintenance free UPVC fascias that will add to the already impressive appearance and durability of our variety of concrete garages.
Other benefits include the garage not needing any maintenance done to the exterior for a considerable amount of time due to UPVC’s robust material. It also does not need to be painted or treated and can be easily wiped by using a cloth.
Manufactured in white as standard, Dencroft can provide UPVC fascias to match the colour and style of your property windows and doors. Rosewood and light oak UPVC fascias are also available.
Pent Tall
The Tall Pent Roof Garages, or Extra Height Pent Garage, are perfect for the larger and taller car or vehicle e.g. 4×4, van or people carrier.
In addition the extra height pent garage can also be used for other uses including caravan or boat storage or it can be adapted to store fishing equipment, gardening tools or can provide commercial storage.
