Pent Roof Concrete Garages | Dencroft Garages

The Crofton Pent Roof Garage is an ideal garage that is popular with many of today’s homeowners due to its modern and practical design and is an extremely cost-effective option.

The Crofton pent roof range includes the specially designed interlocking panels that provide added strength, rigidity and a weatherproof joint. The panels are machine vibrated and reinforced with high yield steel to give an exceptionally strong concrete panel.

Pent roof garages have a generous rearguard sloping roof and drains from the front to the rear on this style of concrete garage, offering a practical solution to drainage.

The pent roof comes complete with 5” heavy duty profile non asbestos fibre cement roof sheets that are fixed onto the painted steel roof trusses.

Every Dencroft garage also includes a Garador British fully retractable steel framed up and over garage door with a broad range of door styles available to suit your needs.

Dencroft takes pride in offering a diverse selection of high-quality pent roof garages designed to meet your specific needs. Our range includes:

Pent Double

The Dencroft range of pent roofed double garages provide an ideal way of generating additional space in your property.

They are very versatile garages and they can be used for multiple purposes ranging from simply storing two cars to keeping one car and using the additional space for a workshop, gym or other storage.

For even more storage you can also add extra height to your pent roofed double garage.

Pent UPVC

Our range of pent concrete garages can be enhanced even more by having maintenance free UPVC fascias that will add to the already impressive appearance and durability of our variety of concrete garages.

Other benefits include the garage not needing any maintenance done to the exterior for a considerable amount of time due to UPVC’s robust material. It also does not need to be painted or treated and can be easily wiped by using a cloth.

Manufactured in white as standard, Dencroft can provide UPVC fascias to match the colour and style of your property windows and doors. Rosewood and light oak UPVC fascias are also available.

Pent Tall

The Tall Pent Roof Garages, or Extra Height Pent Garage, are perfect for the larger and taller car or vehicle e.g. 4×4, van or people carrier.

In addition the extra height pent garage can also be used for other uses including caravan or boat storage or it can be adapted to store fishing equipment, gardening tools or can provide commercial storage.

Dencroft can provide you with a tailored solution that matches your needs. Our Tall Concrete Garages are available in a variety of sizes with each size supplied with matching door heights to accommodate your requirements.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. For a number of years, the leaks and condensation in my garage had been getting progressively worse, to the extent that I was having to sheet my car and cover shelves and a workbench to keep them dry.
The time had come for a re-roof to cure the problem.
I compared various companies and received estimates for the work.
I chose Dencroft, not just on price alone, but for the efficient way they handled my enquiry.
Telephone calls were answered promptly by Christine in the office, whose friendly nature, knowlegeable and positive approach, inspired confidence in the company.
An estimate was given over the phone, followed by a site survey to confirm the price.
A paper copy was then received by post the next day and the job was booked.
A little later, I received telephone confirmation of the date for the new roof to be fitted.
Rob and Denis, then arrived on the day to remove the old leaking roof panels and replace them with new metal sheets.
Very polite and obliging, they got on without any fuss adapting the job to suit my needs and requirements.
All waste was removed from the site, which was left spotlessly clean.
In all, I am completely satisfied with the whole process and can recommend Dencroft with full confidence.

Many thanks to Christine for her pleasant telephone manner and efficient customer service, Rob and Denis for their practical skills, adaptability and friendly nature on site.
You are all a credit to the company and deserve due recognition as such.
From a very satisfied customer.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had our very old garage dismantled and a new shed erected in its place. It was all very hassle free right from our first visit to the site to completion. One of the windows hadn't been delivered for the arranged date, but they came and did the major work anyway and we're back within a week to complete. I identified a couple of snagging issues which they also rectified, without question, on the return visit. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and helpful, and the lads who came out were friendly, worked efficiently and knew what they were doing. An excellent service all round, and value for money.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What an absolute pleasure to deal with this highly professional company. We had our garage roof replaced 5 years ago by Dencroft Garages, and it has been great! However, during the wild weather recently, some of the fascia had popped off. I contacted Dencroft Garages by email and received a reply straight away from Christine. Glen came over today to fix it up, within a couple of weeks of me raising the issue. Really friendly, really professional and most of all, he did an excellent job. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! Thankyou!
