Concrete Garage Finishes

We have a range of alternative garage cladding options, each with their own unique style. Not only do the different finishes enable you to tailor your garage to the fabric of your home or the environment you live within, but the aggregate material is extremely robust and durable.

Canterbury Spar: All of our pent roof garages and apex roof garages come in our Canterbury Spar Finish as standard and provide a very durable and weatherproof surface due to the aggregate material used being extremely robust. If you want to have a more distinguished design we can provide a variety of additional spar finishes including White Spar, Derbyshire Spar and Yellow Spar.

Denstone: Known as the Denstone, our range of stone effect garages look great alongside natural stone built properties and can be supplied either clean or with a weathered effect. Denstone garage cladding can be applied to both our pent roof garages and apex roof garages, and is available as a single or double garage.

Denbrick: The Denbrick range of garages incorporate a brick effect design that is available in a variety of attractive colours and finishes that suit the particular style of the property, including include Red, Buff, Deep Red and Brown. The Denbrick range of garage cladding is available as a single or double garage and can be applied to both our pent roof garages and apex roof garages.

If you have purchased a white or coloured garage door, our range of UPVC double glazed windows can be the perfect compliment. They can be manufactured in either white, or in two different wood effects – Rosewood or Light Oak. All our double glazed windows can be supplied in either standard 2ft or 4ft widths.

Extra Height Garages

Dencroft offer a selection of extra height garages to cater to taller vehicles, caravans, boats, or for other uses such as a gym or commercial storage. Our extra height garages come in various sizes, each equipped with corresponding taller garage doors, ensuring a perfect fit for your specific needs.

Garage Doors

We offer the four primary types of garage doors and can customise the design to align with the aesthetics of your home. Collaborating closely with renowned garage door manufacturer Garador, our doors are available with either manual or remote operation, backed by a 10-year guarantee.

Garage Personnel Doors

A garage personnel door provides convenient and swift access to your garage when retrieving garden tools, bicycles, or other items without the need to open the main garage door. Dencroft offer a range of garage personnel doors in three main materials.

Remote Control (Electric Operation)

Dencroft’s range of electric garage door operators can bring this touch of luxury at a surprisingly low cost, and are amongst the most technically advanced on the market.

Our garage door operators are designed for maximum efficiency, safety and durability. All of our operators have the latest loading sensing technology for total reliability and include many key benefits:

• Low headroom for high vehicles
• Light stays on after door closes
• Silent design chain driven rail
• No wiring – just needs to be plugged in
• Cord manual release

Roofing Materials

Our standard apex roof garages and pent roof garages are manufactured using heavy duty corrugated cement fibre roof sheet (non asbestos) and can be supplied in a range of colours, including red, slate grey, black, blue, brown and green.

The maintenance free sheets are non combustible and will not rust, rot or corrode and come treated with bitumen paint for long life. The sheets are allowed to breathe which reduces the internal moisture and minimises the chance of condensation. All Dencroft apex roof garages and pent roof garages are supplied with eaves fillers as standard to protect against extreme weather conditions.

In addition to Dencroft’s standard concrete garage roof, we can also provide a range of alternative roofing options, to allow you to tailor your roof to the style of your garage or requirements. These include:

• Box profile plastic coated steel sheets
• Box profile (as above) with anti condensation underlay
• Insulated Box Profile (coloured) steel sheets
• Tile effect plastic coated (coloured) steel sheets
• Tile effect sheets (as above) with anti-condensation underlay
• Real concrete tiles roof (to match your house roof)
• Translucent roof sheet

UPVC Fascias

We have a range of maintenance free UPVC fascias that will enhance the appearance and durability of your Dencroft concrete garage, together with ensuring your garage will not need any exterior maintenance for a significant amount of time.

Our UPVC can be manufactured in either white, rosewood or light oak, to match the colour and style of your garage door.

Front Pillars

Whatever type of garage you choose, Dencroft can provide any type of front pillars to match. As standard, all garage pillars are supplied with either Canterbury Spa or Timber, at no extra cost. All our Concrete Garage Pillars are extremely durable and robust, and really help compliment the rest of the design.

For those wanting something extra, customers can upgrade their Pillars to one of three options:

• Denbrick Pillars
• Denstone Pillars
• Real Brick Pillars

Guttering

Dencroft do not supply guttering with our garages, although they are available as an optional extra. We can supply either black or white Vinyl, maintenance-free 112mm gutters complete with 68mm downpipe and fixings to suit the style of your concrete garage.

Upon request we can also source alternative guttering colours such as brown and grey to further complement the look of your garage or to match your home.

The major advantage of having guttering installed onto your concrete garage is that it enables you to channel and direct the water to an appropriate location, such as a drain, a run off area or a water butt.
