1. Planning and Advice

Before work begins, it is important to understand what type of garage will suit your property, budget and available space. Our planning advisers can talk you through garage sizes, roof styles, doors, finishes and any practical points that may affect the project.

2. Site Survey and Measurements

Before your concrete garage is manufactured, a Dencroft representative can carry out a site survey. This helps us check the available space, access, ground levels and any details that could affect the garage design or installation.

During the survey, we can discuss important details such as:

the size of your vehicle
the space available on site
garage height and width
whether you need a single or double garage
the roof style and pitch
door and window positions
garage access and driveway layout
any existing garage or building to remove

After the survey, we will provide a clear quote based on your chosen concrete garage specification.

3. Dismantling and Garage Removal

If you already have an old garage on site, our engineers can usually dismantle and remove it before the new garage is installed. This can include old concrete garages, timber buildings, metal garages or other sectional structures.

Removing an existing garage properly helps prepare the site and reduces the risk of problems later in the installation process.

4. Asbestos Garage Roof Removal

Some older garages contain asbestos materials, particularly in roof sheets. If asbestos is present, it must be removed and disposed of safely and responsibly.

5. Concrete Base Preparation

A strong, level base is essential for any prefab concrete garage. If a new base is required, Dencroft can provide a concrete base laying service before installation.

6. Manufacturing Your Concrete Garage

Once the details are agreed, your garage is manufactured using high-quality materials and proven sectional garage construction methods. Because Dencroft manufactures its own concrete garages, we can maintain control over quality, specification and finish.

Your garage will be made to suit your chosen size, roof, doors, windows and finish, ready for delivery and installation by our trained team.

7. Delivery and Installation

On installation day, our team will deliver and erect your new concrete garage. The wall panels, roof structure, door, windows and finishing details are assembled on site to create a strong, practical and weather-resistant building.

Most installations are completed efficiently, with our team working carefully to keep disruption to a minimum.

8. Completion and Aftercare

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. For a number of years, the leaks and condensation in my garage had been getting progressively worse, to the extent that I was having to sheet my car and cover shelves and a workbench to keep them dry.
The time had come for a re-roof to cure the problem.
I compared various companies and received estimates for the work.
I chose Dencroft, not just on price alone, but for the efficient way they handled my enquiry.
Telephone calls were answered promptly by Christine in the office, whose friendly nature, knowlegeable and positive approach, inspired confidence in the company.
An estimate was given over the phone, followed by  a site survey to confirm the price.
A paper copy was then received by post the next day and the job was booked.
A little later, I received telephone confirmation of the date for the new roof to be fitted.
Rob and Denis, then arrived on the day to remove the old leaking roof panels and replace them with new metal sheets.
Very polite and obliging, they got on without any fuss adapting the job to suit my needs and requirements.
All waste was removed from the site, which was left spotlessly clean.
In all, I am completely satisfied with the whole process and can recommend Dencroft with full confidence.

It was all very hassle free right from our first visit to the site to completion. One of the windows hadn't been delivered for the arranged date, but they came and did the major work anyway and we're back within a week to complete. I identified a couple of snagging issues which they also rectified, without question, on the return visit. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and helpful, and the lads who came out were friendly, worked  efficiently and knew what they were doing. An excellent service all round, and value for money.

We had our garage roof replaced 5 years ago by Dencroft Garages, and it has been great! However, during the wild weather recently, some of the fascia had popped off. I contacted Dencroft Garages by email and received a reply straight away from Christine. Glen came over today to fix it up, within a couple of weeks of me raising the issue.
