PLANNING YOUR CONCRETE GARAGE

Under recent regulations, outbuildings (including garages) are considered to be a permitted development and therefore exempt from planning permission in the majority of cases, provided all the limits and conditions are met.

Whilst more information is available on the government’s planning portal website, a document detailing those conditions is available here.

Dencroft’s planning advisers will also be able to give you help and advice on whether your concrete garage requires planning.

Dencroft offer a free site survey as standard, so planning requirements can be discussed and established at this stage.

The conditions affecting garage planning permission are summarised in the governments pdf here.

On the rare occasions planning permission is required, Dencroft can obtain this on your behalf or provide suitable drawings.

We are happy to deal with any questions regarding planning permission so please contact us now on 0800 1182547 to discuss.
