This classic garage design comes at a price to suit everyone.The Crofton has a generously sloping roof to eliminate problems normally associated with flat roofed garages .A British Garador steel framed fully retractable up & over door is fitted as standard which we feel is the best on the market today! Standard height to the eaves at the back of the garage is 6ft 6 inches and fitted with an up and over garage door 6ft 6 inches high. As with all our sectional garages the crofton can be built to 7ft high at the eaves with an up and over door height of 7ft.This model also comes with Dencrofts Perfect for level flat bases as your garage can be sealed inside and outside with a fillet of sand &cement mix or by our special fibre cement based mix by us. Perfect for uneven bases and out of level ! as these are foundation beams that are levelled . HIGHER CROFTON GARAGES ARE AVAILABLE for mini vans etc or workshop areas. WIDTHS OF UP TO 20FT 6 INCHES CLEAR SPAN larger clear span widths for clients can be specially quoted for.
